Refund policy

We want you to love your Savon Blanc experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received them

  • In their original packaging with all labels intact

HOW TO START A RETURN
Please contact us at support@savon-blanc.com to initiate a return. Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label and detailed instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately upon delivery so we can make it right.

EXCHANGES
Please contact us at support@savon-blanc.com to initiate an exchange. We are always happy to make personalized recommendations for alternative products to best suit your needs.

REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time.
