Savon de Marseille Liquid Hand Soap - White Tea

Savon Blanc kindly gave me this White Tea & Yuzu liquid soap for free so that I could review it. I've been using this soap every day for about two weeks now and it's been working really well for me. My skin is both dry and sensitive, so it's not always easy to find a soap that feels gentle but still cleans well. Since my skin's pretty sensitive, I always pay close attention to the ingredient list in anything I use. This soap has a short, straightforward list, and it doesn't include colorants, parabens, sulfates, or silicones, which I avoid. I like that it has glycerin, sweet almond oil, and coconut oil. One thing I noticed is that the ingredient list on the bottle has three more ingredients at the end that aren't mentioned on the product's website: disodium phosphate, polysorbate 60, and sodium phosphate. I looked them up, and they're all pretty standard in liquid soap formulas. They mostly help with texture and stability, and there's nothing concerning about them. The scent I have is White Tea Zen (White Tea & Yuzu). It's delicate and has something about it that reminds me of France. You don't really notice it while washing, but it stays on your hands even after rinsing a few times. It's soft and clean. You only catch it when your hands are near your face, and it lingers for a couple of hours. The soap has a consistency between liquid and gel. The texture is light and smooth, and it creates a soft lather. Only a very small amount is needed, and it cleans thoroughly. Out of the many liquid soaps I've used, this one is among the most hydrating, I use it 5 to 10 times a day and haven't had any irritation or dryness. It feels gentle and mild, even with frequent use, though I still use hand cream sometimes after washing. The bottle has a minimal design and looks good on the bath shelf.

This hand soap smells so luxurious and smell lingers for a while after washing hands. The soap is thick and a little goes a long way. My hands actually feel clean and don't need multiple pumps of the soap to actually feel it work.

Just like the name, the soap comes with light and luxury fragrance. It does not being annoyed feeling after you try it. My bathroom just smell like a spa with it

This soap has fully upgraded my kitchen. Savon Blanc is a new brand to me but has become an elite must have! The soap is exceptional and made in France. It has a clean ingredients list with no harsh chemicals or toxins. Plus it's super gentle and hydrating on my skin, unlike my previous hand soap. The White Tea and Yuzu scent is my first one and now I want to try them all! These are so high end feeling and the bottle is amazing quality. It would make a lovely housewarming or holiday gift! This soap smelled great and wasn't too overpowering. I enjoyed the texture of the soap the most. It was a thick gel that coated the hands, almost like it was a glycerin based cleanser. It did take a little longer to wash off, but that's probably a good thing to remind us to wash our hands longer. It didn't strip the hands or make it too dry afterwards as well.

As soap, this really works. Cleans my hands. The scent is where this is a good buy though! The white tea and yuzu complement each other so well. My hands smelled fresh and fancy for maybe an hour afterwards.
